Your honesty in completing the checkup inventory determines the accuracy of the checkup report.  If your checkup report contains information which you find significantly distressing you will seek appropriate assistance.  MaPD may assist with online services or a referral.  Please contact us if further information is desired.

You will receive your password protected Personality or Relationship Checkup by email.

The cost of your checkup is $19.95 USD.

After providing your payment the checkup will begin and the Individual Personality or Relationship Checkup may be selected.  Both people must be present to complete the Relationship Checkup.
